By using TestsWorld you agree to these terms. They are short and we mean them. If anything here is unclear, please contact us.

Who we are

TestsWorld is an independent India-based publisher of practice papers. We are not affiliated with Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, CompTIA, Red Hat, IBM, PMI, Check Point, Sun, Novell, Sybase, CIW, or any other certifying body. All vendor trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify what our practice papers cover.

Practice, not a substitute for the real exam

TestsWorld practice papers are study aids. They do not reproduce live exam questions. They are not endorsed by any certifying body. Passing a TestsWorld attempt does not confer any certification. Plan to use multiple study resources and consult the official exam objectives.

Account responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Don't share it.
• Attempting to manipulate the test engine (scripts, automation, dev-tools tampering, fullscreen-evasion tools) is grounds for account suspension and may invalidate your transcript.

Acceptable use

Don't try to scrape the question bank, abuse our infrastructure, or use the site to attack other users. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate through our contact form. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Content ownership

TestsWorld content (question bodies, options, explanations, site copy, imagery) is owned by TestsWorld or licensed to it. You may use the site for personal practice. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute the content. Specifically, posting our questions to other test-prep platforms, forums, or "brain-dump" sites is not allowed.

No warranty

We provide TestsWorld on an "as-is" basis. Questions can be wrong, outdated, or ambiguous — if you find issues, please tell us and we'll fix them. We don't guarantee that the site will be available without interruption.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestsWorld is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TestsWorld. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to whatever you paid us in the preceding 12 months — which for the free service is usually zero.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 14 days before taking effect.
